Prepositions of Place

The application or the use of prepositions in English Grammar is one of the most difficult lessons. We may say that we are at the supermarket. But "at" is also used when talking about time for example: "Please, come at 7 a.m." Other prepositions such as in, and on can be used for place and time expression. Study the following sentences: I live in Jakarta. My house is on Merdeka street.  The best way to understand preposition is by doing or answering exercises that you can find in this English learning website or on the world wide web. You can read a lot of grammatical explanation about prepositions but if you don't do the exercises, you will not really understand their application.
