Video Script of English Pronunciation of R

Hi, I just came back from my private and my student had a problem that is so common that I think I have to talk about it on my blog. R - pronouncing R. Now you'd very common problem it that yes our learners are taught to curle their tongue back. This is wrong you will make a very muffled sound. Muffled means not clear. It will not be clear and you'll sound like you are choking. So, when you pronouncing R, you tighten your tongue and it slides back with a little and then your lips are forward so its like errr like a lion, like a tiger, like a dog. When you come a little bit too close errr. Warning! move back that's the sound you want when you're saying the English R. So, make your lips go ER ER ER. MOMY-MOMY, Oh, there is my daughter. One second. So, here some sounds I want you to say rail road, road runner, runner, riph, roar, rock, run, river, and that's it.
