Nokia XpressMusic My Mobile Companion

Nokia XpressMusic Teman Kerjaku

Have you ever imagined living in today's highly mobile society without having a cell phone? Perhaps, we can live without a laptop because we still can receive email or even write blog post using mobile phone. But how can we contact our loved ones? Well, there are still red box phone booths along the streets of London city that have now become tourist attractions due to their presence in millions of English language course books. Perhaps some of you will say that they call their children from a home based telephone. What ever your means of telecommunication, having a cell phone will help you a lot while traveling! Even I know a couple living in a remote village surrounded by pristine tropical rainforest in mountainous region of Papua island who use satellite mobile phone to communicate with their families in the Netherlands. That's the reality now. Whether you live in a cosmopolitan city or a remote village, you will need a mobile phone.

As for me, I use a Nokia 5630 XpressMusic. Before that my cell phone was a robust Nokia 1200 black. It is a light and very reliable gadget that I bring everywhere I travel. I use it to chat with my friends living in other islands of the Indonesian archipelago. I surf on the internet using the wireless internet connection, it's favorite feature of course and I read e-books in pdf and html format using this Nokia cell phone.

You might ask, "Do you write blog post too?"

I will reply, ' No.'

"Why?"

Because it is not comfortable typing a 500-to-800-word article or post using a cell phone that only has small keys. Although this Nokia XpressMusic cell phone is powerful and very reliable in supporting most of my business works, it still has limitations. For my writing works, I prefer to use laptop. As I have explained in my previous webpage, Toshiba Satellite My Working Companion, I use the laptop to design website and write articles. While typing an article, I still use this Nokia 5630 to play some music for me. It is one of the best music gadget especially if it is embedded with Nokia MD-8 loudspeakers, that is powered by 3 AAA Alkaline batteries, that produces clear sounds.

Another feature of Nokia XpressMusic that I often use is its camera. I use it to shoot interesting objects or sceneries whenever I don't bring my digital camera Sony Cybershot DSC W-30. The pixel quality of the digital camera of this cell phone is high but most often the photograph look blurred due to shakes or vibration from my own hands while making photo shots. To avoid making blurred photos, I need to lean on a pillar or wall to stabilize our hands. In addition, I must hold our mobile phone firmly before taking pictures. This technique also applies to shooting pictures or recording videos using Sony Cybershot or other cameras. To increase the storage capacity of my cell phone, I bought additional memory card. So, if one day, you want to replace your old mobile phone with a new one, please, consider Nokia XpressMusic as your next choice. by Charles Roring
